Order Information

To receive our products, you must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  1. You have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to place the order
  2. You are of legal age to enter into binding agreements
  3. You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

You are solely responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. Orders placed through your account will be considered authorized by you, even if made by someone else accessing your account.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

  2. Content that is malicious, abusive or inappropriate
  3. Unauthorized access to password-protected areas of our website

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Candle Packaging Solution for your order or request.

Return and Refund Policy

If you discover any printing defects or if your product does not match your specifications, you must inform us within 3 business days after delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will absolve Candle Packaging Solution of any responsibility for defects or issues with delivered orders.

In case of verified printing defects or specification mismatches, we will reprint your original order but will not issue monetary refunds. Our management team will assess all defect claims. To initiate a reprint request, customers must send digital photos of the defective products at their own expense within 7 business days of receipt.

Please note that expedited order charges are non-refundable.

Payment, Order Placement and Cancellations

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (British Pounds). We will begin processing your order once we’ve received full payment, including taxes and shipping charges, through an authorized payment method.

Order placement requires submission of final artwork files or specifications. Once your order moves to production, no changes can be made to timing or design. You may cancel your order within 4 hours of proof approval for a nominal fee plus 5% of your total order payment. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total order payment to cover resources already committed to your project.

We cannot guarantee the acceptance of cancellation requests after the 24 hour time limit.

Design Orders

Candle Packaging Solution does not provide refunds for design services. Design service orders cannot be cancelled and all payments for such services are non-refundable.

Customer Submitted Artwork

For optimal results, please submit artwork files in 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution in CMYK format. We cannot be held responsible for printing issues resulting from files submitted in different specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Candle Packaging Solution is not liable for any errors in the final printed product that were present in the approved proof, including:

  • Spelling and grammar mistakes
  • Font errors
  • Punctuation issues
  • Graphics or layout problems
  • Color variations between digital displays and printed products

Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production begins after we receive your payment, artwork files and approved proof. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Candle Packaging Solution is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs issues or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and fees for international shipments. Please ensure that shipping addresses are accurate, as additional charges will apply for re-shipment due to incorrect address information.
